soy-free foods

On this page you will find a list of soy-free foods available in stores. You will also find links (if available) to the manufacturer of each item, so that you can find a store in your area which carries it, or order it on-line. Keep in mind that ingredients can change, so always double check labels. Also, it is the law to label “soy” in the ingredients list, however, only if it comes in the form of soy protein. Therefore, soy is not always listed as a separate ingredient. When in doubt . . . call the manufacturer.

Please e-mail me at contactme@livesoyfree.com if you find any other soy-free foods. I’d love to add them to the list!
